Hammer-type material level sensor

Hammer-type material level sensor consists of a servo motor, hanging rope hammer, level transmitter unit and a display instrument with a microcomputer composed. After starting the computer issued a drop hammer signal, the servo motor turning down the hammer, when the hammer hit the material surface, the sender sends a signal to the computer, stop the hammer hammer down and send up the signal, the servo motor reversing the heavy hammer rise and value of the signal sent to the display material level meter. Hammer rose to the top position after the motor stops, after a delay and then repeat the above action. There are material level indicator, the lower limit alarm signaling and other devices. Hammer-type material level Crank Shaft Sensor  resolves within a certain range of measurement problems, typical measurement range up to 60m, and this measurement and steam, dust has nothing to do with high accuracy.
