Pressure sensors and transmitters differences and introduce


Pressure sensors are usually refers specifically to a non-standard signal output mV component level products, is the core component of the pressure transmitter , the signal is non-standard , users need to be designed specifically for pressure calibration and signal processing circuit ; Due to weak signals , long distance increases the need for the amplifier ; pressure transmitter is written from the sense, also the pressure sensor , but the output signal as the standard common signal , such as 4 ~ 20mA, 1 ~ 5V , etc., can long-distance transmission , and with the standard instrumentation package . While its pressure value has been calibrated , the user simply by setting range of the instrument can be used . The difference between the transmitter and  Crankshaft Positioning Sensor  is as follows: As technology advances , some technology has changed the meaning of words , so often misunderstood . Sensor is one such example . It is now that the sensor is made of two parts , which are sensitive element and a conversion element . Wherein the sensing element is a sensor to directly feel or response is being measured ; conversion element of the sensor is sensitive element feeling or response will be measured converted into an electrical signal suitable for transmission or measured section. Since  Engine Water Temperature Sensor  output signals are generally very weak, it needs to be modulated and amplified . Thus, the sensor can be output to facilitate processing, transmission of the signals available . The technology is relatively backward in the past , Camshaft Position Sensor is above the sensitive components, while the transmitter is above the conversion element . Many different types of transmitters , used in industrial instrumentation at the main transmitter temperature transmitter , pressure transmitter, flow transmitter, current transducer , voltage transducer and so on. 3 , and properly handle the relationship between mechanical and electrical .
