As follows: place the multimeter's AC voltage 20V block, disconnect Camshaft Position Sensor connector with a multimeter 2 table pen touch sensor 2 terminals , start the equipment so that the gear rotates , observe AC voltage signal . Normally , the AC voltage value with the increase of gear speed . If the AC voltage signal is not observed , the need to check the sensor mounting position ; if AC voltage signal can be observed , you need to check the sensor connection line to the corresponding controller . It can be seen , forklifts angular velocity sensor is installed correctly or not a great influence on the measurement results , the air gap needs to be adjusted to an appropriate value , then multimeter to test whether intact, in order to put into use.
